OUR SLOWER PACED, BEGINNER CLASS FOR THOSE WHO ARE NEW TO YOGA. PRACTICE BASIC YOGA POSES WHILE EXPLORING THE OPENNESS THAT COMES WITH COMBINING BREATH WITH MOVEMENT. BY FOCUSING ON YOGA FUNDAMENTALS, WE DEVELOP BODY AWARENESS, LEARN BASIC POSTURES, FOCUS ON ALIGNMENT, AND PRACTICE COORDINATING THE BREATH & MOVEMENTS GRACEFULLY TOGETHER. STABILITY AND PROPER ALIGNMENT WITHIN POSES ARE EMPHASIZED, WITH MODIFICATIONS OFFERED TO SUIT YOUR PRACTICE. THIS CLASS WILL HELP YOU ACHIEVE A SOLID FOUNDATION, AND WORK AT YOUR OWN PACE TO ACHIEVE YOUR PERSONAL PRACTICE GOALS.

OUR MOST THERAPEUTIC AND MEDITATIVE CLASS. WE balance the mind and body BY INTEGRATING RESTORATIVE POSES AND HOLDING THE ASANA USING PROPS AND BREATHING TECHNIQUES. THIS CLASS IS APPROPRIATE FOR THOSE WHO ARE NEW TO YOGA and THOSE WITH RECOVERED INJURIES, & CHRONIC ILLNESS. WE RECOMMEND THIS CLASS TO THOSE WHO WANT TO GENTLY OPEN THE BODY AND QUIET THE MIND. LONGER HELD POSES, MOSTLY DONE ON THE MAT, TARGET OUR DEEPEST TISSUES OF THE BODY, RATHER THAN THE MUSCLES. POSES ARE HELD FOR THREE TO FIVE MINUTES WITH THE GOAL of SAFELY AND THERAPEUTICALLY STRETCHing, STIMULATing, AND STRENGTHENing THESE DEEPER TISSUES. THIS CLASS IS SUITABLE FOR ALL LEVELS, AND REQUIRES NO PRIOR YOGA EXPERIENCE.

IMMERSE YOURSELF IN THIS FUN, UPBEAT HATHA STYLE CLASS. THIS INTERMEDIATE FLOW CLASS WILL FOCUS ON IMPROVING OUR OVERALL PHYSICAL HEALTH, FLEXIBILITY, AND MENTAL AWARENESS. A BALANCED COMBINATION OF SUSTAINED POSES WITH ATTENTION TO BASIC ALIGNMENT AND THERAPEUTIC PRINCIPLES. MINDFULNESS AND OBSERVING THE BREATH ARE ALL INTEGRAL PARTS OF THIS CLASS. This Class INCORPORATES ENERGY & CALMNESS TO GIVE YOU A PHYSICAL WORKOUT AND ACHIEVE BALANCE.

A DYNAMIC VINYASA CLASS THAT INTEGRATES CORE STRENGTHENING SEQUENCES AND SUN SALUTATIONS. THIS CLASS IS DESIGNED FOR STUDENTS WHO HAVE SOME EXPERIENCE PRACTICING YOGA AND ARE LOOKING TO TAKE THEIR PRACTICE TO THE NEXT LEVEL. A MORE VIGOROUS STYLE OF YOGA, THIS CLASS IS DYNAMIC AND focuses on synchronizing the breathe with a continuous flow of postures, AND offers OPTIONS FOR ARM BALANCES AND INVERSION SEQUENCES.
Soothe Your Senses 60 MINUTES
OUR VINYASA CLASS THAT INCORPORATES AROMATHERAPY TO TAKE YOU EVEN DEEPER INTO YOUR PRACTICE. ESSENTIAL OILS ALLOW THE BODY AND MIND TO LET GO OF STRESS MORE EASILY, UPLIFT & INVIGORATE YOUR PRACTICE AND FOCUS MORE INTENTLY ON YOUR MOVEMENT AND BREATH. THROUGH THE USE OF ESSENTIAL OILS, STUDENTS WILL BE GUIDED INTO A STATE OF PEACEFUL RELAXATION WHERE HEALING CAN OCCUR. THIS SOOTHING CLASS WILL HAVE YOU FEELING REFRESHED AND REJUVENATED.
special yogis 45 MINUTES
this class is for children of varied abilities and needs. offering support for each child's unique physical, mental, and emotional development through engaging in yoga poses and games. we will practice breathing exercises taht help calm the body and mind, while promoting increased focus and concentration. classes encourage social interaction in a safe anD welcoming environment that meets children at their own unique levels. this class ends with relaxation time and is limited to FIVE students per class. all special yogis classes have an assistant in the room.
pose & play 60 MINUTES
in this class parents and caregivers will assist their child as we "play" yoga! we use music, movement, props, and really cute stuffed animals to demonstrate and learn poses.
mini yogis 60 MINUTES
this class is perfect for yogis ages 3 to 9. this class is taught in a fun and educational way. practicing yoga at this age will build self esteem, encourage positivity, and assist with focus & concentration. yoga helps with anxiety and depression and offers our kids a healthy awareness of their bodies. students will be instructed on how to keep a healthy body and mind.
tween & teen YOGIS 60 MINUTES
our adolescent friendly classes are specifically structured to meet the needs of this age group. this class is taught in more of an "adult like" experience, yet engages the students so they can have fun while understanding how yoga can help them navigate through stress and overly stimulated lives. we incorporate guided meditation and breathing techniques to help students relax and slow down. every child can benefit from this kid friendly class.
CHAIR YOGA 45 MINUTES
our most gentle class. practiced sitting on a chair, or standing up with a chair for support. most poses are adaptations of hatha yoga poses. this class is designed for anyone working through limited mobility. chair yoga builds strength and balance. this class will have you stretching, relaxing, and breathing. flexibility and muscle tone will improve as your mind, body, and spirit work together in harmony. this class is for students who have issues getting up and down from the floor. seniors, students with recovered injuries, and anyone with limited mobility will benefit from practicing in this low impact class.
