Rae of Light WAS FOUNDED in 2010

Susan Walsh-Aulogia Originally intended to teach children’s yoga, while Rae of Light grew to be a thriving children’s, disabled and senior yoga business. Teaching at a variety of studios, homes and senior facilities, Susan built up her clientele and expertise and pursued a certification to teach children with autism and special needs the calming effects of yoga. In 2015, Susan opened her first studio in New Windsor, expanding her class offerings to include adult classes. Since then, Rae of Light Yoga has continued to grow, adding workshops, events, and kid’s parties and workshops.

In our new studio space, located on Route 32 in Cornwall, Rae of Light YOGA has two studios, one designed specifically for kids, and one for adults.

A number of new instructors have joined the studio to teach adult and advanced classes and class offerings are continuing to expand to include piyo, meditation, yin & restorative yoga, chair yoga and special needs kid’s classes.
